according to Steve Marsh, managing partner of The Medicus Firm. Marsh recently attended the annual conference of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), in Anaheim, CA, where he provided a presentation on the topic of workplace culture, for a large group of conference attendees.
"It's clear that the physician shortage is impacting employers more than ever, and healthcare leaders want to know how to make their workplaces most attractive and productive for all employees, especially physicians," Marsh states. "Our session on workplace culture went really well and was very well-attended, as were several other seminars on similar or related topics.
